Example Program
Training Approach
Because people learn best when discussions are in conjunction with hands-on experience, our courses adopt a “Tell me – Show me – Let me" methodology that combines discussion with hands-on exercises that emphasize how actions affect people and processes upstream and downstream. This is true for all of our classes.
Typically, there are two groups that need training: project teams and end-users. Project teams are responsible for implementing SolArc RightAngle and generally need in-depth, cross-functional training. End-users normally require more company-specific, functional training.
SolArc supports both of these needs with a continuum of training flexibility and customization options. Standard courses are available as either public (open to all customers) or private (for a single customer). Both are driven by demand and can be conducted at the customer’s site, at one of SolArc’s offices in Tulsa or Houston or at any agreed-upon third-party location.
Table 1, “Example Training Program”, demonstrates one way the standard courses might be delivered in a complete training program. Of course your program may be defined very differently.
Further, if the standard courses don’t meet your needs, SolArc provides customization from 0% to 100%.

A project team requires deep, cross-functional training. SolArc provides this with a set of training classes that lay an excellent foundation for decision-making. However, we understand that teams often must get started quickly, so SolArc has developed JumpStart Training.
JumpStart Training focuses on high-level processes, reference data loading and business modeling. These fundamentals enable the team to work independently during the early phases of the project to gather existing reference data, define and document business requirements and begin creating the production database. JumpStart Training includes:
Afterward, the project team can attend other classes to gain a deeper functional knowledge.
End User Training
The standard courses provide topical, process and business case education that ensures your personnel understand SolArc RightAngle. Each course teaches the basic functional skills and system-wide knowledge required to effectively leverage SolArc RightAngle. However, SolArc understands that customers frequently prefer more customized training for end-users, and we can customize the standard courses to more precisely meet your training needs, including:
